Draughton's telephone kiosk, adopted by the Parish Council in 2009 and since used as a collection point for newspapers and as a mini-library, has found a new home next to the village noticeboard. It made the trip across the pavement

Community Green Energy Project

Closure of Bolton Rd to Addingham
Please note that, with the closure of Bolton Rd off the A59, traffic is building up on the diversion routes. Please avoid using Donkey Neddy. The routes into Draughton provide access for residents and local traffic only.

The District Council is to change the timetable for refuse and recycling collections. The day of collection will not change, ie our bins will still be emptied on Tuesdays, but the type of collection will change, ie whether the green
