The Village Hall

Draughton Village Hall is managed by a Committee of nine members, who meet on a regular basis during the year to organise a programme of activities and events.

The current officers of the Committee are:

Afternoon Tea Party

The next afternoon tea party will be held on Monday 6 February at 2.30pm in the Village Hall.  All welcome.

Chelker Wind Turbines

The planning authority will decide on the application to build 2  new 75m-high wind turbines at Chelker reservoir at a meeting to be held on Monday 13 February at the District Council offices.  A full text of the Parish Council’s objections to this development may be viewed here:
