Food and Newspaper Deliveries
Cookes Newsagents of Gargrave Rd, Skipton, deliver newspapers on a daily basis to the telephone kiosk outside the Old Post Office. They can also deliver - free of charge - tinned goods, groceries and some fresh foodstuffs. Orders are placed by phoning Cookes on 791220, and then collecting the named carrier bag of goods from the kiosk the next day. The cost of items ordered can be added to customers’ newspaper bills, or paid for separately by cheque.
